Big City Culture is Created in Birmingham

With the final UK City of Culture bid now submitted, Cllr Martin Mullaney, Chairman of the Birmingham Cultural Partnership, visits the Bull Ring’s Created in Birmingham Shop and explains why creative individuals at grassroots level have a major part to play if we win the crown.
