Award-winning hip-hop star Akala is to play a free gig to young people at Birmingham Library theatre on Wednesday 21 July (6.30pm) – and there are still a handful of tickets available.
Winner of the 2006 Best Hip-Hop Artist MOBO Award, Akala’s performance is part of a nationwide tour of libraries, and is the result of a partnership with the national charity The Reading Agency and his own Hip-Hop Shakespeare Company.
