Never too old to play

Brum’s older adults can take part in a range of events on 1st October to mark UK Older People’s Day, including 1940s dress up, smoothie making and massages, and Tarts and Vicars karaoke.

Councillor Sue Anderson, Cabinet Member for Adults and Communities said:

“It is great to see so many Birmingham events arranged again for UK Older People’s day. Last year was a huge success, so I hope 2010 can be an even better celebration of the contribution older people make to the life of the city.”
