Cllr Paul Tilsley, Deputy Leader of Birmingham City Council, is amongst the guests set to speak at an event at Birmingham’s Town Hall later today (March 2).
During the Transforming Local Government event He will talk about the lessons learnt from the council’s Business Transformation programme – which is firmly on course to save £1billion by 2016.
