elections xBalsall Heath residents are reminded that there will be a referendum on Thursday 8 October about the adoption of the Balsall Heath Neighbourhood Plan.

The question asked will be – ‘Do you want Birmingham to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Balsall Heath to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?’
