Last night (Jan 6-7) was the 23rd consecutive night we have gritted the network - the previous record was 14 consecutive nights.

We have also been gritting the network at a greater intensity in an effort to keep the city moving.

    Doing a good job on the main roads, but no grit in the yellow roadside bins on Marsh Lane, Erdington, for the last three evenings. Please either spread grit on the side roads or refill the bins so we can grit them, especially the junctions.
