This Wednesday 28 August, all three Bull Ring markets open together for one day only – giving visitors more than 700 diverse stalls to choose from.

The famous St Martin's Rag Market, usually shut on Wednesdays, opens for business alongside the Indoor and Open Markets, and there will also be an Antiques and Collectables Fair.  There will be plenty of fun for children too, with rides, face-painting and animals to pet.

Deputy Leader for Birmingham City Council, Cllr Ian Ward, said: “I would really encourage visitors and local people alike to take advantage of this special day at the Bull Ring Markets to find out what's on offer.

“Whether you want the best fresh produce, bargain antiques, fabric and clothing, cutlery or greetings cards it's all down there.

“This Wednesday we're also offering entertainment for youngsters in their last week of the summer holidays so it will be a great day out before they head back to school.”
