Elections: #BrumVotes 15
Birmingham voters will go to the polls on May 7 for the Local and General elections.
On the national stage, voters will elect MPs for Birmingham’s ten parliamentary constituencies at the 2015 General Election.
Locally, in addition to the 40 seats scheduled to be up for election, an additional councillor will be elected for the Sutton New Hall Ward following the resignation of former councillor Guy Roberts. That means 41 seats are being contested.
Polls will be open 7am - 10pm with counting taking place immediately and results expected to be declared from midnight.
