Vehicle fleet savings showcased in new study

Birmingham City Council’s efforts to make its fleet of vehicles greener and more cost-effective are the subject of a new case study published by the Energy Saving Trust.

Since 2011, the council has halved the number of miles driven by staff, saving £2.5million a year in the process.
