Cabinet members will be online to answer your budget consultation questions in a special webcast on 10 December.
Broad proposals for the future role and purpose of Birmingham City Council were outlined in a Green Paper, published on 23 October.
The Budget Green Paper sets out the actions the City Council may need to take as a result of the substantial budget cuts of Â£315 million that the council needs to introduce before 2018.
Detailed proposals are being prepared for our Budget Consultation and will be published here http://birmingham.gov.uk/brumbudget15
Cabinet members are scheduled to attend the following public meetings:

If you would like to attend one of these meetings please book your place online.
But if you are unable to attend the meetings, you can put your questions to Cabinet in the two-hour Budget Consultation webcast on Wednesday 10 December (6-8pm)
Please send your questions to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will answer as many as possible in the two-hour timeslot.
Leader of the Council, Sir Albert Bore, said: “We want as many people as possible to have a say in this consultation but we know many people are unable to attend our public meetings. So this webcast is another opportunity to take part.
“Our 2014-15 budget webcast in January was watched over 4,000 times and this year weâ€™ll be online once again to answer questions and explain the many difficult challenges facing Birmingham City Council over the next few years.â€
