Organisational Improvement Action Plan Highlight Report – May 2015
The second highlight report for the Organisational Improvement Action Plan is now available. This report has been prepared for the Birmingham Independent Improvement Panel and provides an update on the progress that Birmingham City Council is making against the Year One Action plan. The panel is monitoring this progress.
