A Birmingham jeweller was today (20 March 2015) sentenced to 10 weeks imprisonment, suspended six months, and ordered to pay a total of £70,763 and £10,673 costs after pleading guilty to 21 offences, under the Hallmarking Act 1973 and Trade Marks Act 1994.
