Parents and carers of year 6 children are reminded that the final deadline to submit their secondary school application is 31 October.

Birmingham residents making an application for a year 7 place starting in September 2014 were strongly advised to apply online by 1 October.  However the final date for acceptance of late preferences, or a change of preference due to moving home etc, is Thursday 31 October 2013.

Emails offering a secondary school place are sent to applicants who have applied online on Monday 3 March 2014.  Letters are also posted the same day and should arrive at applicants' home addresses by Tuesday 4 March 2014.
