Introducing Housing Birmingham
Cllr John Cotton, cabinet member for Neighbourhood Management & Homes, and Jonathan Driffill, Chair of Birmingham Social Housing Partnership, talk about Housing Birmingham, the new partnership between Birmingham City Council and housing providers across the city.
Last month the pair helped launch Birmingham’s Comprehensive Housing Offer. A follow up meeting with key providers came up with a snappier title, some clear objectives for the partnership and some work streams to focus creative minds on key topics such as localities and neighbourhoods, specialist needs and vulnerability, private sector housing and social housing.
