It doesn’t matter whether you’re preparing a family buffet for Vaisakhi, a birthday lunch or a Sunday roast – food safety and hygiene is an essential ingredient for any meal.

Tony Di Duca, Senior Environmental Health Enforcement Officer with Birmingham City Council, and David Hurlestone, Executive Head Chef at the Council House, share some handy tips for good food hygiene and safety.
